And after that, I have to learn some more things but I was so 나른했다.
Finally, I slept about 2 hours afternoon!!
I am a crazy man.
But it helped me to study things to rest more efficiently!
It's really important to balance between my rest and work.
I have a good plan in mind!
I asked ChatGPT that "How can I do exercise more 체계적으로 every 6 days a week?".
And it said that I should divide my body part to workout per day.
Indeed, I need to do like yoga or take a walk in the last day.

2. After expressions
Can you make this sentence sound more natural and more like American-style writing?
Today, I finally finished organizing the concepts of Mechanics.
It took a long time to get everything ready for my test next month.
I also enjoyed some delicious Korean dishes - Yangnyeom Gejang and Biji Jjigae.
They were so fantastic that I ended up having three servings of rice!
After the meal, I felt quite relaxed and a bit drowsy.
Despite needing to study more, I couldn't resist and took a two-hour nap in the afternoon.
I guess that makes me a bit crazy, but honestly, the rest made my study session later much more efficient.
I've realized how important it is to maintain a balance between work and rest.
I've even come up with a great plan for my exercise routine!
I asked ChatGPT how I could organize my workouts more systematically, six days a week.
It suggested dividing my workouts by body parts each day,
and on the last day, to do something lighter like yoga or take a walk.
I'm determined to stick with this plan consistently.
Let's go!

Question
What means study session? It's like a part of things having to study ?
"Study session" refers to a dedicated period of time set aside specifically for studying.
It's not just a part of the things you have to study, but rather the actual time you spend studying.
For example, if you decide to study from 2 PM to 4 PM, this two-hour block is your study session.
It's a term commonly used to describe both individual study times and group study meetings.
It emphasizes the focused, intentional nature of the activity, distinguishing it from casual or intermittent studying.
